Join Audrey Uchimoto, a local healing intuitive, as she leads us in an immersive and transformative experience of Sound Meditation, also known as a Sound Bath.
Audrey, with her crystal bowls, gongs and chimes, uses the therapeutic application of sound frequencies and vibrations to provide a powerful and gentle way of shifting consciousness and enhancing well-being. Sound Baths are an opportunity to embrace mindful practices and reconnect with our inner selves. During these sessions, you will be guided on a sonic journey that helps slow down brain waves, dissolve the ego, and access the depths of your unconscious mind. The harmonious and binaural tones aid in balancing the body’s energy centers and promote relaxation, ultimately reducing anxiety.
