Friday, April 21st at 7:30pm, join Rotary Arts Project’s moderator Penelope Reed for an engaging discussion with Jeannine Osayande!
Jeannine is an anthropologist, choreographer, dancer, and cultural aficionado in Diasporic West African dance and drum traditions. As the founder of Dunya Performing Arts Company, she specializes in Art Integration programming, commissioned choreographic works, and ethnographic research on Swarthmore^s Historically Black Neighborhoods. Her mission is to spread values of arts, culture and social change throughout her environment and community.
