Acrylic Workshop – Swing Tree Along Crum Creek

This class will explore techniques for building a sense of space and bringing a scene to life through color and composition. Our subject is the beloved Swing Tree along Crum Creek on Yale Avenue. For many years, local children enjoyed swinging from a rope attached to the long, slanted branch of this iconic sycamore tree that grew along the creek bank. Although that famous branch is no longer there, its memory lives on in this charming and picturesque scene.
