Ready to start the New Year feeling better about your body? Join artist Clair Oaks for a “play-shop,” a fun and playful workshop where participants use science, creativity and art supplies to change the way our brains THINK and FEEL about our bodies.
Using creative expression, we will tap into our intuition to learn how to shift the way we talk to and relate to our amazing bodies. Leave the workshop with a healthier and kinder relationship with your body.
Creativity Workshops with Clair Oaks is a five-part series of creativity workshops designed to support you on your life journey. Each workshop will include paint, paper or canvas, journaling and reflection utilizing the creativity expression and mindfulness methods of Intention Creativity.
No prior creativity experience necessary. All supplies provided. Bring your journal, a friend and wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on!
$55 per workshop, or register for the entire five-part series for $250.
