Previvors\, survivors\, those recently diagnosed\, and those in active treatment are all welcome! We meet every second Wednesday of the month for a fresh\, inspiring art lesson led by one of our talented teaching artists. We believe in the transformative power of art\, and each session offers a nurturing environment where you can relax\, embrace your creativity\, and connect with others who understand your experience. \nWe will begin our class by learning how to create gelli plate prints. We will create papers using textures\, botanical images\, and various other gelli plate techniques. Once we have compiled some papers\, we will use them to create a collage. Students can bring their own creative ideas then make those ideas come to life with the guidance of our teaching artist.
