Realistic Pet Drawing is a five week course, for ages 9-17, that focuses on making realistic drawings of animals that live in the home. Students will use pencils and paper for this course with drawing sets with various artist pencils, blenders, and erasers. We’ll also incorporate chalk pastels and oil pastels as well as other drawing materials. The first weeks students learn how to draw cats, dogs, and other types of pets in pencil with shading, texture, and detail. The last two weeks, students will draw pets they know with guidance from the instructor. Students can share their work and get feedback throughout the course in a fun and supportive environment.
