For 23 years, Spiral Q has hosted the Peoplehood Parade in West Philadelphia. It’s a celebration of diversity, creativity, and civic concern…and this year, Delco is joining the party!
The H-CAN ArtSquad will be marching in the parade on October 21, and we’re inviting our neighbors—YOU—to help us get ready. Our theme: Art is Essential.
