Park Avenue Concert Series: Lake Shore Quartet

Park Avenue Concerts is proud to open its 2025–26 season with the return of the celebrated Lake Shore Quartet!
Performing two deeply expressive works of the string quartet repertoire will be musicians Juliette Kang and Salley Koo, violins; Kirsten Johnson, viola; and Amy Sue Barston, cello.
The program features Leoš Janáček’s String Quartet No. 1, “Kreutzer Sonata”, and Antonín Dvořák’s warm and folk-inflected String Quartet No. 10 in E-flat, Op. 51, highlighting two Czech masters at the height of their powers.
A wine-and-cheese reception with the musicians will follow the performance.
