Papercutting: Valentine’s Day Edition

Valentine cards date back to the early 1800’s. Inspired by German folk art, these cards were designed with pin pricks or to look lacy. Over time the designs evolved to full out papercuts. In this session you will see some papercutting examples and create your own cards using templates. Students will be taught safe use of a craft knife. Ages 14+
