Outdoor YogAmi Intergenerational Yoga Class (All Ages)

An event every month that begins at 10:30 am on day Third of the month, repeating until Monday, October 17, 2022
Come PLAY at ‘YogAmi’, a creative community yoga class of exercise for the body and simple breathing and meditation to calm mind and heart while incorporating interactive songs, movement, stories and games. While engaging with nature, our senses and imaginations we’ll be improving flexibility and promoting healthy fun and friendship within our community. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or towel. Limited mats to borrow available.
Kids ages 2 – 7 years (children under 4 attended by an adult) and Adults of all ages with or without children are invited to join Allison DeSalvo for this new intergenerational class for the whole community.
Meet Allison on the Front Lawn of the PAC Center. Class will move indoors if it is raining. This event is free, donations welcome, and will occur on the 3rd Saturday of each month throughout the Summer.
