WXPN Welcomes Native Harrow
Philadelphia folk-soul outfit, Native Harrow, has mesmerized audiences across the U.S. and Europe with a series of six self-produced albums and a decade of captivating live performances. Known for their individualistic blend of the American folk-rock tradition with soul, RnB, soft rock, jazz, and psychedelic art rock, they have created a discography of “rich, engrossing records” and “instant classics” while single-mindedly following their own artistic code. They’ve consistently toured throughout Europe and the United States and have shared stages with Eagles and Robert Plant & Alison Kraus.Their original perspective and extraordinary songwriting, combined with a completely individual approach to crafting albums and steering their career, has dubbed the pair, “Twilight twang and vintage vibes” (ROLLING STONE), “Exquisite. Expect forays into desert funk, warm ‘70s groove, jazz and piano balladry” (UNCUT), and “Razor-sharp folk rock” (MOJO). Native Harrow released their 6th LP, Divided Kind, to critical praise, in late 2024. In May, they will release Like Never Before – Duo Acoustic Volume One, an album of acoustic renditions of songs from their catalog.
