Join Media Arts Council June 3, from 5 to 7pm, for the opening of Merrill Weber’s Inspirational Women show. The show will be on display at MAC through June 26.

Meet Merrill Weber, a Chester County, Pennsylvania artist and creative instigator. Merrill has been painting and creating work since before she could walk. Her mother would tint whipped cream and encourage her to paint on the walls while taking a bath. Today, she still approaches everything she does with that same childlike enthusiasm.

Merrill is an award-winning artist who is currently represented by seven fine art galleries. Her work has been included in hundreds of exhibitions, and in museums and collections throughout the world. Her impressionistic paintings capture snippets of life in creative ways, to share what is meaningful to her. Her creations are described by collectors as imaginative, playful, happy and filled with energy and hope.

Her INSPIRATIONAL WOMEN solo exhibition recently opened to a record-breaking crowd at the Huston Gallery of the Chester County Art Association in West Chester, Pennsylvania. The collection consisted of 57 oil painting portraits of incredible, strong women. Women who overcame hardships, broke records and blazed trails, shattering glass ceilings along the way.
