A free, family-friendly festival celebrating our beautiful planet with fun activities for all ages. 2025’s theme is “Experiencing the Ripple Effects of Our Actions on the Environment,” encouraging everyone (especially kids) to be “Earth superheroes.” Activities include costumed superhero appearances and a stilt walker, live music by Auld String Theory, and wildlife encounters with rehabilitated animals. Kids will love the face painting, nature crafts, and storytime with the Lansdowne Library, while the whole family can join the dance party, guided nature walks, a community gardening project, and a historic “Talk and Walk” tour. Rain or shine, free admission – come out to celebrate the Earth and learn how small actions can have big ripple effects!
