The Community Arts Center is proud to have the opportunity to present the finest arts and crafts from throughout the Delaware Valley on Park Avenue in Swarthmore. The Community Arts Center’s Fine Arts and Crafts Festival, now in its eighteenth year, has an established reputation of presenting the work of the area’s best artists and artisans. Artists are selected by a rigorous jury process, ensuring only the finest quality of art is presented at the Festival.
Festival-goers delight in the open, friendly atmosphere, the opportunity to meet and speak with artists and the chance to visit Swarthmore’s fine restaurants and shops. It’s a great day of FREE FAMILY fun! Live musical entertainment, fine food, and free children’s activities add to the festive fun.
The welcoming atmosphere, excellent art and craft and participation by Swarthmore merchants and restaurateurs make the CAC’s Fine Arts & Crafts Festival a highly anticipated community event. Proceeds from this event support all the programs at the Community Arts Center including free exhibitions, concerts, and its extensive community outreach program ARTto go which provides extraordinary arts experiences throughout the Delaware Valley.
