Coffee House Concert featuring Drum & Keys

Join us for an evening of music with local New Orleans-style jazz duo “Drum & Keys”! Drums & Keys is a rhythm and blues, second line experience like none other. Join drummer Paul Downie and boogie-woogie professor Rev Chris as they gloriously romp thru hot originals and unique arrangements of covers. Rev Chris spent a decade living in the New Orleans and studying and touring with many popular funk and swing bands from the Crescent City. Over the past 25 years, Paul Downie has developed his signature drumming style heavily influenced by Caribbean and New Orleans sensibilities. The duo, both vocalists, will perform a mix of instrumental and vocal tunes.
