Join other opera lovers to learn about Manon Lescaut, an Italian-language opera in four acts composed by Giacomo Puccini.
The two-part lecture series will be held on September 23rd and September 30th. You are encouraged but not required to attend both sessions. Expert facilitator Joseph Erdeljac will present his analysis of the work, and you will listen to the full classic recording featuring Jussi Bjoerling, Licia Albanese, and Robert Merrill in the leading roles. Each audience member will receive a copy of the libretto to follow.
This is not a film program.
The series will be held in the accessible Adult Library.
